IAAS because it is very simple: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/cloud-computing-dictionary/what-is-azure/azure-iaas/#products

While Azure Storage is PaaS, Azure Storage ACCOUNTS are not. Therefore B, No.

Agree, Azure Storage is PaaS. For me, IaaS for Storage is, for example, when you create a virtual domains in the storage array and provide tenants the access with a restricted set of resources of the array (i.e. limited space, limited ports), so each tenant has control only of his resources and decides what type of volumes he wants to create and how he wants to present them.

If you go to this link and scroll a little down to the graphical picture you will see that server and storage are placed under iaas.

Azure storage accounts aren't IaaS or PaaS or SaaS. They are just containers for other services like Azure Storage (PaaS).

Check the vid, the speaker says: "This works for the following Platform as a Services: Azure Storage, Azure databases...."

Azure App Service -> PaaS
Azure Storage -> PaaS
Azure Storage ACCOUNTS -> IaaS
Notice ACCOUNTS in Azure Storage ACCOUNTS.
The question here is about Azure Storage ACCOUNTS not Azure Storage.
Ans. B
Notie

Storage "Account" is PaaS. Inside the account, you create storage. That storage is IaaS.

Storage is IaaS as per diagram:

Thanks for the video. It said it all, Azure Storage account is part of PaaS.

In my opinion, this question has two requirements, one is PaaS, another one is migrating data and resources to Azure.
Azure Apps Service & Azure Storage is PaaS, but if talks about migration, storage account might not suitable to migrate none-object-based data, like SQL tables, structured and unstructured data. Thus I will choose No. B

To Understand - Here's my Explanation
Storage, Networking, Servers, Virtualization - IaaS
Operating System, Middleware, Runtime - PaaS
Application Data - SaaS
