You don't extend your private network to the Hybrid cloud, you extend to the Public cloud (hence creating hybrid cloud). Answer is correct N,Y,N

I disagree. It is not stating it will extend the internal network. It is stating it can extend the CAPACITY of the network. Meaning you can offload resources into the public cloud easier than in your internal network.

No, Hybrid cloud is the mixture of private and public cloud.
So basically you do not extend internal network to Hybrid cloud, you extend to public cloud.

"A company can extend the capacity of its internal network by using the public cloud" This is yes. Example: A small company with a dozen PCs all on a Workgroup, no domain, and no on-site servers, all share data via Sharepoint and OneDrive.

Hi I'm Network guy (CCIE) moving to Clouds and #2 does not really make sense. Internal network is your on-premise network (switches, routers etc..) which is connecting server. By offloading some compute to cloud it does nothing to capacity your network actually does nothign to your network at all. Your network has fixed capacity whether is used or not. So first logical answer is NO, cloud cannot affect capacity of your local network in any way.
But it's getting tricky when taking in account EexpresRoutes and VPN connections. Those basically connects your inmternal network with Cloud. And now one needs to define whether Cloud netowork will become your internal netowrk or not. It's matter of wording. But for me as network guy it still is internal network where I do have responsibility to keep it running and Cloud network where provider has responsiobility to keep it running.
Bottom line #2 is NO.
Because question is about internal (I understand local) network capacity not servers/compute capacity.
Let me know your thoughts
